At ALTUROX, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

  • You may return your order for a full refund of your purchase price within 45 days of placing your order.
  • Items must be unused, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging. Returns showing scratches, dents, or signs of wear cannot be accepted.
  • For damaged or defective items, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you quickly.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@alturox.com with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Original method of payment
  • A clear photo of the item(s) you wish to return

Once we receive your request, our team will provide instructions on how to finalize your return or exchange.
⚠️ Please note: Any items returned without prior approval cannot be processed.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Engraved items: Final sale. No changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made after placing the order.
  • Tracker cards that have been paired to a phone.
  • Replacement products, free gifts, or items purchased from third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon).

Return Shipping

  • US Customers: Returns are free for orders over $100.
  • International Customers: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your item(s) are received and inspected, please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 3 business days. You will also receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
