Our warranty ensures that you can purchase with confidence.


30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

If you change your mind or decide the wallet isn’t right for you, you may return it within this period for a full refund, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition

  • The item includes all accessories and packaging

  • The item shows no signs of excessive wear or misuse

After 30 days, refunds are no longer available.


90-Day Limited Warranty (Replacement)

Your ALTUROX wallet is covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Mechanical faults

  • Structural defects

  • Trigger mechanism issues

  • Card-holder malfunction

  • Material defects (aluminium body, carbon-fibre clip, internal mechanism)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by drops, impact, or accidents

  • Cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs, fading)

  • Damage from misuse or improper handling

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Modifications or unauthorized repairs


How Warranty Claims Work

If you experience a defect within 90 days:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number

  2. Provide a photo or short video showing the issue

  3. We will approve the claim if it qualifies

  4. You return the defective product to us

  5. Once received, we send out a replacement unit free of charge

Replacements are only issued once the defective item has been returned.


Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as a return + new purchase.

If you want a different colour or model:

  • You may return the unused product within 30 days, then place a new order.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • For approved warranty defects, ALTUROX covers the cost of sending out the replacement item (customer covers shipping to return the defective unit).
